The calls came in almost simultaneously with the social media post on May 9. Jon-Don was shutting its doors . . .
Owners of Jan-San Cleaning Operations and Building Service Contractors who knew my number called me direct. The ones who didn’t, filled my voicemail and email box.
“What should we do?” they asked. “Who do we turn to for new Jon-Don Extractor systems or training? And where do we get parts and service? We rely on these products to get the job done and service our customers.”
It was an easy answer for us: We’ve been the direct manufacturer of Jon-Don Prospector and EZ Spot Extractors for the last five years. We manufacture and build them in the USA (Washington state). And ship all over the world.
